Poison - "Talk Dirty To Me". I especially like the haunting a capella version performed on a Scrubs episode.
Poison - "I Won't Forget You"
Poison - "Mamma's Fallen Angel"
Poison - "Ride the Wind"
Poison - "Life Goes On"
"Nothin' But A Good Time" made a previous quintet.
Among possible future inclusions: "I Want Action"; "Look What the Cat Dragged In"; "Look But Don't Touch"; "Your Mamma Don't Dance"; "Flesh & Blood (Sacrifice)".
Among songs that won't even come within sniffing distance: "Every Rose Has Its Thorn"; "Unskinny Bop"; "Something To Believe In."

2. Ride the Wind is top-notch Poison. Life Goes on is large on nostalgia, as is Talk Dirty to Me. Both belong too.
3. I Won't Forget You is too much self-parody for me. I believe a third-grader could have written the chorus, and the echo/harmony "I won't forget youuuu" is embarrassing. Sorry. It's not Top 500 material, although I have a soft enough spot for Poison to not be able to say I really dislike it or any other one of their songs.
4. In its place I'd put what must clearly be an oversight -- Stand.
5. Haha, just kidding. However, So Tell Me Why is key and belongs instead.
6. One thing I can't stand about my memory is that the really humiliating moments tend to stick with me for awhile. I've got one related to Unskinny Bop. How bad? So bad that I won't ever tell anybody about it, no less.
Posted by: ZD at October 31, 2005 08:57 PM"Unskinny Bop" became a hit just as I was getting home from my first overseas trip ever (month in Germany for a summer program).
After that, the song just seemed really parochial. I felt disillusioned.
